WEEKLY KUNDALINI YOGA CLASSES

These classes are carefully designed to give you an experience of yourself that you've never had before and each class is very different from the last.
The length and times of the meditations and exercises (kriyas) are long enough to allow you to really drop deep into the practise. Your nervous systems will start to strengthen, your heart will open, your mind so much clearer and you will start to recognise big and small shifts within you.
Students are strongly encouraged to start a home practise and join in 40 day group meditations. These meditations are chosen with a certain outcome in mind, and students are having huge success with them. These 40 day meditations also allow you to create new rituals at home too, supported by a weekly class.
I hold a beautiful space for two hours and serve warm, fresh tea afterwards.
How long are the classes?
Classes run for an hour and a half and I am always available after class for any questions you have regarding your practise.
What to bring.
Water and maybe a favourite blanket or shawl. Everything else is provided for you.
